Meshcaid End-User License Agreement (EULA)

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Company or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Software.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Company.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically or otherwise cease to be effective without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and uninstall all copies of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Software is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and the Company.

By clicking "I Agree" or installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
